Craig Caldwell, a seasoned ‘retail focused’ commercial real estate Broker. After working for many years with another Atlanta-based firm, Craig ventured out to start a company focused on being an expert in an area of commercial real estate-Retail he was passionate about, rather than being a ‘Jack of All..’. To many firms try to be a one-size fits all/one stop shop, at RTP, Retail is our niche and that’s all we do. Our goal is to provide our clients top-notch service, highest ethics and professionalism, and impeccable knowledge of the industry.
